Q. What's the deal with this store?
A. We are an official Lemax authorized retailer. We price the items at a fair price, offer good customer service. We already did the work for you by selecting the best products for you to choose from. All of the items you see on our website are the best you can buy. We hope for repeat business and work hard to persuade you to come back again.

Q. Is it safe to put my credit card number on this mysterious website?
A. We do not store any of your credit card information. That's handled by Shopify Payment powered by Stripe, the best in business. We will never share your personal information with anyone else.

Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?
A. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 3-5 business days of the order date. Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of the order date.

Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
A. Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order.  All shipping costs are calculated using a U.S. Postal Service shipping or UPS modules. 


Domestic Buyer: Shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with tracking number.
International Buyer: shipping cost varied by buyer location and the shipping cost is charged by USPS Priority International Mail or UPS  International mail including insurance and tracking number. There are no any hidden fees from us.

Returns Process

After receiving the items, contact us within 14 days.

Please note that any items that have been purchased over 14 days ago cannot be returned. Items being returned must include original boxes, manuals, and tags. Items must be brand new and no signs of use.
